The following changes to the IFPL and Fire Danger Level are in effect as of 07/20/2026.

The IFPL (Industrial Fire Precaution Level) are:

NW-1 at IFPL 1

NW-2 at IFPL 2

NW-3 at IFPL 2 

Fire Danger for Public Use Restrictions are:

NW-1 at BLUE / MODERATE

NW-2 at YELLOW/HIGH

NW-3 at YELLOW/HIGH 

 The main difference from moderate to high fire danger is the ban from 1pm-8pm of running non-industrial chainsaws, off-road motorized vehicles, cutting/grinding/welding metal, mowing/cutting dried/cured grass, and other spark-emitting internal combustion engines. Please consult the public use restrictions in the previous post below.

Please remember that the use of fireworks is prohibited on ODF protected lands during regulated use and prohibited year-round on Oregon's State Forests.
