We now turn to the coming holiday weekend, when temperatures are
again expected to rise and humidity will drop. We are working to ensure we have
air resources to augment our protection staff – this is unusual for this time
of year, but again is a response to the record low fuel moisture's, high value
of the forestland, and the high cost of suppressing fire.
