Hwy 26 Grass Fire

Yesterday (09/01/17) we had a highway adjacent fire start.  It was small, burning in grass, and was caught quickly by an ODF engine and an engine from Banks Fire Department.  The fire was burning near a recent harvest unit, which could have made control much more difficult, so it is most fortunate that the fire was caught so quickly.
