Work on the fire is going well, however there is still a lot of work to do and the risk of spread remains high. The helicopter is working on the fire, keeping hot spots from flaring up. Crews are working to improve the lines and get the hose lays organized and effective. So far, the lines are holding and the fire is not growing.
