COOLER TEMPERATURES DROP IFPL from a LEVEL 2 to LEVEL 1

Effective as of 10:00 this morning, the Oregon Department of Forestry's Industrial Fire Precaution Level has dropped from a level 2 to a level 1 for the NW-2 and NW-3areas.

Fire season requirements remain in effect.  In addition to other fire prevention measures, a firewatch is required at this level unless otherwise waived.

Temperatures are cooler, but conditions remain dry so we ask for everyone's continued vigilance when working or spending time in the forests.
