Fire season and regulated use will be declared at 01:00 am on Tuesday, June 22nd in the Northwest Forest Protective Association. (Parts of Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill Counties.)  A map identifying fire restrictions is available here:
